Responsibilities : - Analyze demand forecasting processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization - Develop and implement Unix scripts to automate data collection and processing tasks - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of demand forecasting models to ensure accuracy and reliability - Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making - Maintain and update documentation related to demand forecasting processes and Unix scripting - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in data analysis and scripting - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Unix scripts and data processing - Conduct regular reviews of demand forecasting models to identify trends and anomalies - Support the development of training materials and workshops for team members on Unix scripting and data analysis - Engage with stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations effectively - Contribute to the continuous improvement of demand forecasting processes through innovative solutions - Utilize data visualization tools to present complex data in an accessible format. Qualifications - - Possess strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making - Demonstrate proficiency in Unix scripting and its application in data processing - Have experience in demand forecasting and data analysis within a business context - Exhibit excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams - Show ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently - Display knowledge of industry standards and best practices in data analysis - Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Data Analytics - Preferably have experience with data visualization tools to enhance reporting capabilities - Be adaptable to a hybrid work model and demonstrate effective time management skills. 9.
