Our client is a leading Engineering, Construction, and Project Management firm in the Gulf and Middle East, delivering innovative EPC, fabrication, erection, and offshore solutions. With over a decade of proven expertise, the company is recognized for its quality, reliability, and timely execution of large-scale projects across the region.



Role Overview

The Project Manager - E&I will lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of Electrical & Instrumentation projects. The role requires strong technical expertise, estimation knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.



Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage end-to-end project execution for Electrical & Instrumentation works.



  • Oversee project planning, estimation, scheduling, and resource allocation.



  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, client specifications, and safety regulations.



  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and QA/QC).



  • Review and validate project cost estimates, bids, and technical proposals.



  • Monitor project progress, identify risks/delays, and implement corrective actions.



  • Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.



  • Manage and mentor project teams, ensuring high performance and adherence to timelines.



  • Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and approvals throughout project lifecycle.



  • Deliver projects within budget, time, and quality targets.

  • Strong technical knowledge in E&I systems and project management.



  • Proven expertise in estimation, cost control, and budget management.



  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.



  • Strong communication and client-handling capabilities.



  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.



  • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.




Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).



  2. Candidate should have 18-20 years of expereince.



  3. Proven experience in managing large-scale civil works in Oil & Gas / EPC contracting companies.



  4. Strong knowledge of civil construction activities such as earthworks, foundations, piling, storage tanks, structural steel erection, RCC works, and plant civil works.



  5. Familiar with international codes and standards (API, ASME, ASTM, ACI, BS, ISO).
