Ensures safe and timely delivery, performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and adheres to all road and transport regulations.
Key Duties: Operate Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGVs) for the transport of goods.
Plan and follow efficient delivery routes and schedules.
Load and unload goods, ensuring secure strapping and weight distribution.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks and report defects.
Maintain accurate logbooks and delivery paperwork.
Adhere to tachograph rules, driving hours regulations, and road safety laws.
