g., factories, shipyards, construction sites) Key Duties: Prepare surfaces for painting by shot blasting, sandblasting, or other abrasive methods to remove rust and old coatings.
Apply industrial-grade paints, epoxies, and protective coatings to metal structures, pipes, and equipment.
Operate blasting and spray painting equipment safely and effectively.
Mix paints and coatings to correct specifications.
Inspect finished surfaces for quality, thickness, and adherence to specifications.
Adhere to strict safety protocols, including wearing full PPE and managing hazardous materials.
