• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on kitchen and laundry equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues in equipment.
• Maintain and repair refrigerators, freezers, ice machines, ovens, stoves, dishwashers, washing machines, and dryers.
• Support refrigeration systems in kitchens, cold rooms, and storage areas.
• Ensure proper calibration and functioning of thermostats, timers, and control systems
• Ensure all repairs and maintenance comply with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
• Follow hotel safety policies and proper handling of chemicals, refrigerants, and cleaning agents.
• Keep records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and service requests from kitchen and laundry departments.
• Coordinate with other technicians to minimize downtime and disruption of operations.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and request replenishment when required.
• Assist in energy and water-saving initiatives related to equipment

• Strong knowledge of kitchen and laundry equipment troubleshooting and repair.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration systems.
• Problem-solving, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle emergencies.
