We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team in Baghdad, Iraq. As a Security Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our personnel, assets, and facilities in a challenging environment.

• Oversee daily security operations and manage a team of security personnel
• Develop and implement security protocols and procedures tailored to the unique challenges of Baghdad
• Conduct regular risk assessments and update security measures accordingly
• Liaise with local law enforcement and relevant government agencies
• Train and mentor security staff on best practices, emergency procedures, and use of security equipment
• Monitor and maintain security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
• Investigate and report security incidents, providing detailed documentation and recommendations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local security regulations
• Coordinate security for special events or high-profile visitors
• Conduct regular security drills and emergency response exercises
• Stay informed about the local security situation and adjust strategies as needed

• 2-5 years of experience in security management, preferably in high-risk environments
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
• Excellent knowledge of security operations, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining modern security technologies and surveillance systems
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrated ability to make quick, sound decisions in high-pressure situations
• Experience in crisis management and problem-solving
• Physical fitness and ability to work in various environmental conditions
• Familiarity with local security challenges and cultural sensitivities in Baghdad, Iraq
