In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards of quality and user satisfaction.
You will act as a key facilitator between stakeholders and the development team, driving product strategy and prioritization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management and a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale digital products.
You will leverage your expertise to influence the product direction and provide mentorship to junior product team members.
Key Responsibilities Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for multiple products within the organization.
Act as the primary liaison between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines.
Conduct comprehensive market research and user feedback analysis to inform product decisions and enhancements.
Define and prioritize product features and requirements, creating detailed user stories that reflect the needs of the customer.
Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
Mentor and guide junior product owners and team members to create a strong product culture.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and product metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement.
Foster a collaborative and innovative environment to drive product success across teams.

5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role, with a focus on software products.
Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.
Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency with product management tools and software development processes.
Experience with user experience design and usability testing is highly desirable.
