As a Java Developer, you will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of innovative software solutions.
This role requires a robust understanding of Java programming and a passion for delivering high-quality applications.
You will work alongside other developers and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of our software projects.
Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications.
Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Write clean, efficient, and scalable code while following best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance the development process.
Assist in database design and management.
At least 5 years of experience in backend development with Java and Spring Boot.
- Extensive experience in creating microservices, including those for payments, refunds, reconciliation, and workflow services.
- Knowledgeable in MongoDB, Kafka, and API integration (REST/SOAP).
- Proficient with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization technologies (such as Docker and Kubernetes).
- Understanding of Software AG WebMethods API Gateway and asynchronous communication.
- Practical experience in financial services or payment solutions.
- Skilled in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Strong abilities in debugging, problem-solving, and analysis.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
