As a Ford Master Technician, you will be the expert in our workshop, responsible for diagnosing and repairing Ford vehicles to the highest factory standards.

Key Duties: Complex Diagnostics and Repairs: Perform in-depth diagnostics and repairs on all Ford vehicle systems, ensuring every job is done right the first time.
Technical Leadership: Utilize Ford's diagnostic tools and stay up-to-date on all training and Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) to remain at the forefront of your field.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all repairs meet Ford's strict warranty and safety standards.
Mentorship: Act as a mentor, providing support and training to junior technicians to help them develop their skills.
Communication: Clearly communicate repair needs and solutions to service staff and customers.
Salary: €50,000 per annum.
