The Business Unit Manager is accountable for promoting and growing the company solutions and services while providing strategic direction, overseeing financial plans and analyzing performance and efficiency. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management or any other related field.
Minimum 10–12 years of experience in IT Sales and/or Pre-Sales within the IT/technology sector.
Proven experience in managing sales and pre-sales teams.
Strong exposure to channel and distribution models (vendors, partners, resellers).
Proven record in driving sales performance, achieving targets, and managing complex accounts.
