It delivers secure, high-performance <strong data-start="1752" data-end="1778">cloud-network services</strong>, consumed like cloud apps—self-operated, automated, API/UI-driven, and pay-per-use.</p><p data-start="1866" data-end="2183">With 200 people across 15+ SAFe agile teams and strong involvement from all Orange Business entities and partners, the program drives major changes across <strong data-start="2021" data-end="2114">business models, IT architecture, operations, infrastructure, ways of working, and skills</strong>—co-designed with customers to shape the future of Orange Business.</p><p data-start="98" data-end="154">Being at the heart of Orange Business’s transformation is like :</p><ul><li>Contributing to a highly visible strategic project sponsored by the Orange Business Executive Management Board (EMB)</li><li>Joining a large-scale Agile program, pioneering our new ways of working</li><li>Developing your expertise alongside colleagues who are specialists in their field</li><li>Closely collaborating with multiple business areas and learning from one another</li><li>Growing within a flat organization focused on delivery and transformation, that gives plenty of room for initiative and experimentation in a Test & Learn mode.</li></ul><p>The Evolve Train, responsible for developing the Evolution Platform solution, is made up of several factories, each specialized in the development of a specific service;
