Relevant du Superviseur de Nuit, votre rôle est : 


-Vous êtes chargé (e) d'assurer un accueil chaleureux, efficace et conforme aux standards de qualité de l'établissement


- Vous effectuez les procédures informatiques et administratives liées aux checkin / out sur le système informatique en place dans l'hôtel (Opera Cloud)


- Vous devez vérifier les garanties et les réservations des clients


- Vous garantissez le séjour des clients par la communication des informations importantes aux différents service de l'hôtel


- Vous tenez, vérifiez et contrôlez votre caisse personnelle


- Vous vous assurez de la sécurisation des données


- Vous êtes responsable de l'établissement la nuit


- Vous assurez quotidiennement la clôture et le reporting


- Vous contrôlez le Chiffre d'Affaire / les encaissements et faites remonter tout écart ou toutes erreur survenues


-Vous appliquez les procédures et politiques définies par la marque et l'hôtel en matière de contrôle des clients et sécurité des personnes


- Vous incarnez l'esprit Heartist dans vos interactions avec les clients



Qualifications

- Maîtrise de l'anglais


- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (traitement de texte et tableur, Opera Cloud)


- Connaissance de l'hôtellerie 


- Sens du service et de l'accueil


- Première expérience dans un métier lié au contact client


- Passion pour le client


- Très bon relationnel, excellente communication (interne et clientèle)


- Diplomatie et maîtrise de soi


- Organisation et rigueur


- Flexibilité et polyvalence
