The brand has garnered millions of social impressions and national press coverage and is focused on optimizing its digital storefront for speed, conversion, brand storytelling, and scalable merchandising.

Role Overview:
Our client is looking for a Senior Shopify Web Developer who specializes in Shopify, CRO (conversion rate optimization), UX/UI fundamentals, and performance-first builds. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a high-converting DTC site that supports the full go-to-market (GTM) engine, including paid media, PR/influencer marketing, and organic traffic. This role is for someone who can engineer growth and take the brand system and translate it into a high-performance conversion engine.
Key Responsibilities:
Build & Launch the New DTC Website
Develop a custom, conversion-optimized Shopify storefront (no theme-dependent bloat).
Implement UX/UI based on the brand direction and content system.
Create reusable components such as PDP templates, recipe modules, bundle pages, quiz flows, and press pages.
CRO, Performance & Analytics
Build for speed and conversion:
Ensure <2.0s load time.
Implement SEO-optimized architecture.
Create optimized mobile-first layouts.
Implement analytics stack: GA4, post-purchase surveys, pixel events, and attribution tools (Triple Whale or Northbeam).
API Integrations & Growth Infrastructure
Integrate CRM (Klaviyo), subscription (Recharge), UGC platform, reviews, affiliate systems, and landing page tools.
Collaborate with the performance team to create scalable landing pages and testing environments.
Continuous Improvement
Conduct ongoing A/B testing, funnel analysis, and micro-optimizations.
Build tools that reduce founder workload and improve operational efficiency.
Support future phases of expansion, including multi-SKU and chef collaboration landing pages.
Ideal Candidate:
4–7+ years of building Shopify DTC experiences.
Experience in building sites for CPG brands, preferably in food, wellness, or beauty.
Portfolio demonstrating page speed, CRO, and thoughtful UX.
Full-stack Shopify experience: Liquid, JS, custom apps, metafields, schema.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
Thinks like a growth engineer, not just a builder.

Experience supporting high-traffic launch periods.
