level1 lfo3;">Vous traitez les sollicitations qui vous sont adressées par les Chefs de projet et assurez un accompagnement de qualité à travers une prise en compte rapide et réponse ou coaching personnalisés<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0cm -1.0cm 0cm 36.0pt;mso-list:l2 level1 lfo3;">Vous contribuez à alimenter la base de suivi d’activités Soutien et participez à la capitalisation des connaissances à partir des réponses apportées aux sollicitations reçues.<o:p></o:p></li></ul>Accompagnement<o:p></o:p><ul><li class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0cm -1.0cm 0cm 36.0pt;mso-list:l2 level1 lfo3;">En fonction des attentes des Chefs de projet, vous définissez les moyens et méthodes les plus adaptées par rapport aux sollicitations reçues<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0cm -1.0cm 0cm 36.0pt;mso-list:l2 level1 lfo3;">Vous dispensez les modules de formation, (dans le cadre du parcours nouvel arrivant pas exemple).<o:p></o:p></li></ul>Animation transverse:<o:p></o:p><ul><li class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0cm -1.0cm 0cm 36.0pt;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo2;">Vous portez des sujets transverses pour le compte du collectif PMC ( ex, animation de communauté d’offre)<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0cm -1.0cm 0cm 36.0pt;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo2;">Vous contribuez à des chantiers, groupe de
