Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Branding
Create and post engaging job advertisements on LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
Implement creative strategies to attract top talent and strengthen employer branding.
Data Management & Communication
Maintain an up-to-date office contact directory.
Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Share daily onboarding status updates with management.
Documentation & Tracking
Organize and manage candidate documentation.
Update submission and onboarding trackers on a daily basis.
Client Outreach
Connect and engage with potential clients to develop and expand business relationships.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
1-2 years of HR experience (Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills are welcome).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
Proficient in MS Office and social media platforms.
Positive and proactive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
