As a US IT Recruiter cum Sourcer, the successful candidate will be responsible for the entire talent acquisition process. This includes sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating candidates for various technology roles. Additionally, leveraging our internal databases, referrals, and social media platforms will help us cast a wider net and attract top talent


Requirement Analysis: Understanding client requirements in detail is another critical aspect of our role. This involves analyzing job specifications, required skills, experience levels, and work authorization needs


Candidate Management: Evaluate candidates through phone screening to assess communication skills, technical expertise, and availability.


Recruitment Lifecycle: Manage end-to-end recruitment — from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.


Tax & Visa Handling: must also be proficient in handling various employment types and visa categories, including W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, TN, and EAD. This knowledge is essential for navigating the complexities of tax and visa requirements


Stakeholder Management : Need to work closely with Account Managers, Delivery Leads, and Clients to ensure timely submissions and interview scheduling


Data & Reporting: Maintain candidate pipelines, submission trackers, and daily/weekly reports in Excel or ATS systems.


Market Awareness: Staying updated on US market trends, demand technologies, and competitor hiring practices is essential for staying competitive. By keeping our finger on the pulse of the industry, we can adapt our strategies and attract the best talent


Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients to ensure repeat and referral business.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


Education: Full-time graduation is mandatory.


Preferred: MBA (HR/Marketing/Operations) or BTech/B.E. (Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field).


Experience: 1 – 5 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment and Sourcing.


Technical Understanding: Strong grasp of IT skills and terminologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, etc.).


Recruitment Knowledge: Deep understanding of US recruitment processes, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and visa categories.


Tools Proficiency:
