Job description

To ensure product quality at all stages including raw material receiving, in-process manufacturing, and final inspection.
The role is responsible for upholding Interwood’s quality standards and customer specifications through effective inspection, reporting, and coordination with production and QA teams.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-process and final inspections on the shop floor to verify product quality against approved drawings, material specifications, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Review engineering and production drawings to identify critical dimensions and tolerances and ensure inspections are aligned with those technical standards.
Identify and report non-conformities during inspections, and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) with relevant stakeholders.
Maintain comprehensive inspection reports, checklists, and quality control documents in line with company protocols and audit requirements.
Ensure accurate use of measuring instruments , verify calibration status before use, and promptly report any discrepancies to supervisors.
Coordinate with Deputy Manager QC, QC Inspectors, and production teams to ensure timely resolution of quality issues and actively participate in process improvement activities.
