Salesforce LWC Developer
Experience: 5–8 years
Employment Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components.
  • Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning framework.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
  • Perform unit testing and participate in code reviews.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to LWC and Salesforce platform.
Required Skills:
  • Strong experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Apex classes, triggers, and SOQL.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools (Change Sets, SFDX).
  • Good understanding of integration patterns and API development.
Nice-to-Have:
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.
  • Experience with Salesforce Communities, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools for Salesforce.
