We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP CPI - DS and SAP API and a strong background in technical solutions. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts focusing on innovative product development and enhancing flight operations and CRM for airlines.


Responsibilities


  • Lead the design and implementation of SAP CPI
  • DS and SAP API solutions to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the integration of new product development processes within the T&H domain to ensure seamless operations and improved service delivery.
  • Provide technical expertise in flight operations ensuring that all systems are optimized for performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement CRM solutions tailored to the airline industry enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions that drive business growth.
  • Ensure that all technical solutions are aligned with industry best practices and company standards maintaining high levels of quality and compliance.
  • Support the development and execution of project plans ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned on project goals and progress.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews to ensure that all technical solutions are functioning optimally and meeting business needs.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all technical solutions ensuring that knowledge is effectively shared and retained within the organization.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies incorporating new insights into the development of cutting-edge solutions.
  • Drive the continuous improvement of technical processes and methodologies contributing to the overall success and competitiveness of the company.

  • Possess extensive experience in SAP CPI
  • DS and SAP API demonstrating a deep understanding of these technologies.
