Role accountabilities: Gather and manage detailed business and functional requirements to support cross-functional teams and product development.
Develop and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with approved business needs through well-defined user stories.
Facilitate effective communication across teams through meetings, documentation, and onboarding sessions.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Retrospectives.
Coordinate with design and QA teams to ensure prototypes and final products meet business and quality standards.
Provide analytical support by maintaining performance reports and assisting testing and development teams.
Create and manage comprehensive documentation, including technical, operational, and maintenance manuals.
Deliver product training and support to end users, helping troubleshoot issues and improve user experience.
Explain complex concepts clearly and persuasively, ensuring timely delivery through strong coordination and collaboration.
Qualifications & Experience: 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within transportation or mobility products.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies with hands-on experience in Scrum and tools like Jira.
Solid grasp of SDLC and fluency in MS Office for documentation and reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience as a Scrum Master and ability to creatively solve technical challenges.
Highly detail-oriented, results-driven, and passionate about technology.
Energetic and proactive with a positive mindset and curiosity about how technology works.
Strong time management skills and a consistent drive to improve products daily.
