  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities for aftermarket services, including spare parts, upgrades, retrofits, field services, overhauls, LTSA/AMC contracts.



  2. Manage key accounts across the GCC, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.



  3. Develop and deliver technical-commercial proposals, quotations, and service agreements.



  4. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and service teams to ensure successful project execution.



  5. Achieve assigned sales targets, profitability goals, and KPIs.



  6. Track and report market trends, competitor activity, and client requirements.



  7. Provide technical presentations and negotiate contracts with clients.



  8. Support payment collection, contract compliance, and timely project delivery.



  9. Regularly update CRM and prepare monthly/quarterly sales reports for management.



Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or equivalent.



  2. 8-12 years' experience in aftermarket sales for rotating equipment (compressors, turbines, pumps).



  3. Strong technical understanding of centrifugal compressors, steam/gas turbines, and centrifugal pumps.



  4. Proven sales record in the Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, or Power industries.



  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.



  6. Ability to travel frequently within the region.



  7. GCC experience highly preferred.
