Were Hiring - Group Head / Head SAP- HCM | Mumbai



We are looking for an experienced Group Head - HR Systems with 20-25 years of domain experience to lead operations and projects across SAP HR and SuccessFactors.



The ideal candidate will be a techno-functional expert with deep knowledge of SAP HCM, India Payroll, and SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Talent, RCM, etc.), preferably with additional expertise in SAP HR, Portfolio Management, and exposure to diverse HR technologies, including AI and Analytics.




Key Requirements:



  • Qualification: B.E / B.Tech with SAP HR & SuccessFactors certifications



  • Expertise in ABAP, roles & authorizations, NetWeaver, FIORI portals, and integrations (CPI, PI/PO, ODATA)



  • Proven ability to lead projects, deliver solutions independently, and manage HR systems end-to-end



  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to manage internal teams and external partners
