We are hiring experienced Safety / EHS Engineers for high-voltage transmission line and substation projects in Saudi Arabia. Candidates must have a strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations in the construction and electrical infrastructure industry.




Job Title: Safety / EHS Engineer



Location: Saudi Arabia
Industry: Transmission Lines / Substation Projects
Experience Required: 5 to 10 Years
Joining: Within 30 to 60 Days (Immediate Joiners Preferred)
Certification: NEBOSH Certified (Mandatory)




Eligibility Criteria:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical)



  • NEBOSH Certification - Mandatory



  • 5 to 10 years of proven experience in EHS roles



  • Experience in Overhead Transmission Lines (220kV / 400kV / 765kV) or Substation Projects



  • Valid passport with a minimum of 9 months validity



  • Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)




Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct HSE inductions and awareness sessions for all site personnel



  • Develop, implement, and monitor HSE and welfare plans



  • Perform routine site inspections and lead incident investigations



  • Ensure compliance with Permit to Work (PTW), Work Method Statements (WMS), and risk assessments



  • Promote a safety-first culture and ensure all works are carried out in line with company HSE policies



  • Provide reports and documentation related to safety performance and site compliance
