Must-Have Qualifications
2-10 years of hands-on experience as a Kronos Consultant with strong expertise in UKG Pro Workforce Management (Kronos Dimensions).
Proven experience in configuring Kronos modules such as Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance, Activities, and Attestation.
Strong background as an Implementation & Configuration Specialist.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to Kronos and its integration components.
