Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cluster Assistant Director Revenue to join our team in Raffles & Fairmont the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue strategies across a cluster of properties to maximize profitability and drive business growth.


  • Develop and execute revenue management strategies to optimize revenue and profitability across multiple properties
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and historical data to forecast demand and adjust pricing strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue goals and strategies
  • Lead and mentor a team of revenue managers, providing guidance and support to achieve performance targets
  • Generate and present comprehensive revenue reports and analyses to senior management
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and implement innovative strategies to capitalize on market trends
  • Ensure the effective use of revenue management systems and tools across the cluster
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in revenue performance
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property general managers and corporate leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management or a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of success in a leadership role, with experience managing and developing teams
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Proficiency in revenue management systems and data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels
  • In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry trends, market dynamics, and revenue optimization strategies
  • Experience with yield management and pricing strategies in a competitive market
  • Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Revenue Management certification is preferred
  • Willingness to relocate to Umluj, Saudi Arabia, and adapt to the local business environment
