Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented CO- OP Trainee (Agriculture Engineering) (Saudi National) to join our team!

In this role, you will join a leading professional engineering, construction management and project management teams working on multiple projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Learn and Performs a variety of Agriculture Engineering duties by applying basic engineering techniques and analyses within one discipline.

  
  
  

• Learn the design and planning public parks landscaping projects, including site analysis and layout design for (softscape and irrigation).

  
  
  

• Learn to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations in Saudi regarding Agriculture.

  
  
  

• Learn how to : Produce working drawings and detailing for landscape projects, making BOQ and Quantity surveys for tendering purposes, review construction documents.

  
  
  

• Learn how to selects appropriate materials for use on public parks including the site amenities such as lighting, benches, and tables.

  
  
  

• Assignment may be to a structured rotational program which would include Project Controls, Procurement, as well as through several disciplines in Engineering

  
  
  

• Learn the Design and analysis of irrigation and drainage systems, the use of GIS and CAD tools for mapping and planning.

  
  
  

• Learn the best practices in sustainable agriculture and water conservation, the real-world exposure to project life cycles.

  
  
  

• A team collaboration across engineering and environmental domains.

  
  
  

• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

  
  
  

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Incumbent must be enrolled in an Agriculture Engineering curriculum at an accredited college or university and have completed typically 3+ years of study.

  
  
  

• English Language (Speaking and Writing) is a Must.

  
  
  

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Working knowledge of CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering is required.
