We are seeking an exceptional Concierge to join our luxury hospitality team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Concierge, you will be the face of our organization, providing world-class service and creating unforgettable experiences for our esteemed guests.

• Warmly welcome and assist guests, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience throughout their stay
• Provide expert recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, and cultural sites in Jeddah and the surrounding areas
• Make reservations and arrangements for dining, transportation, tours, and entertainment
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance to exceed expectations
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local events, attractions, and services
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures as needed
• Manage and organize guest packages, deliveries, and correspondence
• Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism at all times

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Concierge in a luxury hospitality environment
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Fluency in Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus
• In-depth knowledge of Jeddah's attractions, culture, and local services
• Proven ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
• Experience in handling guest complaints and going above and beyond to meet guest needs
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights and weekends
• Proficiency in hotel management software, preferably OPERA PMS
• Valid Saudi Arabian work permit or eligibility to obtain one
• Warm, friendly demeanor with a passion for customer service
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing situations
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
