Parsons are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Administrator - Saudi National to support contract management activities for a Runway / Airfield / Airport project. The role is responsible for assisting in contract documentation, coordination, compliance, and reporting.




The ideal candidate will have early-career experience in contracts or commercial administration, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.




The Contract Administrator supports the effective management and coordination of contracts on Runway / Airfield / Airport projects. This role ensures proper documentation, compliance, and communication between stakeholders, providing critical support to the commercial and project management teams.




What You’ll Be Doing;
  • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining contract documents, agreements, and related correspondence.
  • Ensure proper filing and control of contracts, amendments, and project documentation.
  • Support the maintenance of contract registers, tracking timelines, milestones, and obligations.
  • Liaise with Project Managers, QS, Procurement, and site teams to ensure contract compliance.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants for contract-related queries and clarifications.
  • Facilitate timely submission of contract deliverables and approvals.
  • Assist in documenting and processing contract variations and change orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of approvals, revisions, and supporting documentation.
  • Support the monitoring of impacts on schedule, cost, and resources.
  • Prepare reports, logs, and trackers for submission to the project management team.
  • Ensure that all contract records, correspondence, and reports are updated and properly archived.
  • Support audits and reviews related to contract compliance and documentation.
  • Monitor contract requirements to ensure compliance with client and regulatory obligations.
  • Assist in identifying contractual risks and escalating issues to senior management.
  • Support the review of contractual clauses, obligations, and deliverables.
  • Work closely with senior contract administrators, QS, and project teams to facilitate smooth execution of contract administration processes.
  • Provide support to ensure alignment between contractual requirements and site activities.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior team members if applicable.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in contract administration, commercial support, or related roles.
  • Exposure to infrastructure or airport/airfield projects is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with basic construction contracts and documentation processes.
  • Good understanding of contract documentation, change orders, and project deliverables.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of airport or aviation project contracts and standards.
  • Familiarity with procurement and project management processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and support multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive approach to learning and process improvement.
  • Basic understanding of risk management in contract execution.
