Job Description:
Parsons is looking for a Director-Marine Infrastructure Asset Manager to join our team.
What You'll Be Doing:
Act as the JCDC representative for all marine infrastructure assets prior to handover to commercial operators.
Conduct condition assessments, audits, and lifecycle planning of marine structures, utilities, and associated facilities.
Develop and implement asset management strategies, maintenance schedules, and performance monitoring systems.
Coordinate with design, construction, and environmental teams to ensure infrastructure meets regulatory and operational standards.
Prepare documentation and data packs required for transition to commercial marina operators.
Manage budgets, contracts, and service providers related to asset maintenance and readiness.
Provide technical input into commercial operator tendering and onboarding processes.
Support the AM department with the preliminary acceptance of all marine infrastructure assets from the internal PMT.
Develop the scope and support the tendering process to onboard a maintenance contractor responsible for safeguarding the structural and operational integrity of all marine infrastructure during a 2 to 3 years mothballing period, until the commercial operator is mobilized.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring:
Degree in Civil/Marine Engineering, Maritime Management, or related field.
20+ years’ experience in marine infrastructure, port/marina operations, or asset management.
Strong understanding of maritime regulations, safety standards, and environmental compliance.
Proven ability to manage complex assets and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
