Job Responsibilities:
1. Establish, optimize, and standardize test processes, specifications, and measurement systems for server hardware, and promote their implementation across cross-functional teams.
2. Participate in the planning and advancement of specialized server testing technologies, evaluate and introduce advanced testing tools, frameworks, and lab equipment to enhance testing efficiency and depth.
3. Lead the resolution of critical quality incidents from customers, providing professional technical analysis and solutions.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Communications, or related fields.
2. Minimum 5 years of hardware testing experience, including at least 3 years of test team management experience in servers or enterprise-level storage/networking equipment.
3. Comprehensive experience in new product introduction (NPI) and mass production testing of servers.
4. Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, decision-making skills, and outstanding cross-departmental communication and influence.
