  • Review contractor submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and material approvals.
  • Oversee on-site implementation to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and aesthetic expectations.
  • Engage in plant selection and irrigation planning, ensuring designs are sustainable and suitable for the Saudi climate.
  • Stay updated with global landscape design trends, materials, technologies, and best practices.

Essential Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in large-scale landscape projects.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and (optional) Lumion / Revit / GIS tools.
  • Strong technical understanding of softscape and hardscape materials, irrigation systems, and site implementation methods.
  • Familiarity with sustainability principles and environmental design.
  • Ability to work on multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
