We are seeking a professional and vigilant Loss Prevention Agent to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our security team, you will play a crucial role in protecting our assets, preventing theft, and maintaining a safe environment for our customers and employees.

• Monitor store activities through CCTV systems and physical patrols to detect and prevent theft, fraud, and other security breaches
• Conduct investigations into suspected shoplifting incidents and internal theft
• Implement and maintain loss prevention strategies and procedures
• Collaborate with store management to reduce inventory shrinkage and minimize losses
• Apprehend and process shoplifters in accordance with company policies and local laws
• Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate documentation
• Train and educate store staff on loss prevention techniques and security protocols
• Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and identifying discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian laws and regulations related to retail security
• Respond to emergency situations and provide first responder assistance when necessary

• High school diploma or equivalent; security certification preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in loss prevention, retail security, or related field
• Proficiency in surveillance techniques and operation of security systems
• Strong knowledge of loss prevention strategies and retail security best practices
• Excellent observation skills and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in report writing and documentation
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and procedures
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabian laws and regulations related to retail security
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and respond quickly to emergencies
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is highly desirable
