POSITION OBJECTIVE

We are seeking an experienced and strategic AI Manager to lead our artificial intelligence initiatives. You will oversee the development and implementation of AI/ML models, manage a team of data scientists and engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate AI into business solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in data science, machine learning, and project management, along with proven leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a team of AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and analysts.

  
  

• Define AI strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals.

  
  

• Oversee the end-to-end development and deployment of AI models.

  
  

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to identify AI opportunities.

  
  

• Monitor and evaluate AI model performance and ensure continuous improvement.

  
  

• Ensure compliance with ethical, regulatory, and data privacy standards.

  
  

• Stay up to date on industry trends, tools, and techniques in AI and ML.

  
  

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

  
  

• Develop internal capabilities through training, mentoring, and hiring.

  
  

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (Ph.D. is a plus).

  
  

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

  
  

• Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and data analytics.

  
  

• Hands-on experience with tools and frameworks such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.

  
  

• Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps.

  
  

• Excellent project management and communication skills.

  
  

• Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen.

  
  

Preferred Qualification :

• Experience in [industry-specific AI applications] (e.g., finance, healthcare, manufacturing).

  
  

• Familiarity with GenAI (Generative AI), LLMs, and responsible AI practices.

  
  

• Certifications in AI/ML or cloud platforms.
