In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of IT programs that align with our strategic objectives.
Your expertise in program management will be crucial in driving successful outcomes and ensuring collaboration across different departments.
Key Responsibilities Lead the IT Programs Management team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of various IT initiatives.
Develop comprehensive program management frameworks to oversee the implementation of IT programs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, and business units, to establish program objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
Monitor the progress of programs and projects, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
Identify risks associated with IT programs and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
Establish and track KPIs to evaluate program success and report status to senior management.
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration throughout the program lifecycle.

Expertise in project management tools and methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and find solutions effectively.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience within the entertainment or tourism industry; familiarity with emerging technologies and digital transformation initiatives.
