Job Description:



Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Manager – Planning / Senior Planner (Planning & Performance Monitoring Lead) - to join our team.




What You'll Be Doing:




KPI Frameworks:



  • Design, implement, and maintain Key Performance Indicator (KPI) frameworks to measure organizational performance.



  • Align KPIs with strategic goals and ensure they are actionable, measurable, and relevant.



  • Regularly review and update KPIs to reflect evolving business priorities.




Integrated Schedules:



  • Develop and manage integrated project schedules to ensure alignment across teams and departments.



  • Coordinate timelines, milestones, and dependencies to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.



  • Monitor schedule adherence and proactively address delays or conflicts.




Dashboards:



  • Create and maintain performance dashboards to provide real-time visibility into key metrics and progress.



  • Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, visually appealing, and tailored to the needs of stakeholders.



  • Leverage data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to present insights effectively.




Executive Reporting:



  • Prepare high-level reports and presentations for senior leadership and executives.



  • Summarize performance trends, risks, and opportunities in a concise and actionable manner.



  • Provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making.




Intervention Management:



  • Identify areas of underperformance or misalignment and implement corrective actions.



  • Lead intervention initiatives to address challenges and ensure projects or processes stay on track.



  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and mitigate risks.




Continuous Improvement:



  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and implementing process enhancements.



  • Use performance data and feedback to refine planning, monitoring, and reporting practices.



  • Promote best practices and innovation to optimize organizational performance.




What Required Skills You'll Bring:



  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.



  • Minimum of 15 years of experience on a major Projects/Programs, with at least 3-5 years in a management or leadership role.



  • Strong expertise in performance management, KPI development, and strategic planning.



  • Proficiency in project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).



  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and drive insights.



  • Experience in executive-level reporting and stakeholder communication.



  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.



  • Leadership and collaboration skills to manage cross-functional teams and initiatives
