KBR is searching for a Site Maintenance Manager for a newly awarded maintenance project in Saudi Arabia




Summary  



Provide day-to-day management, monitoring and oversee activities for the maintenance and lead the complete maintenance team. Ensuring that maintenance resources provide a productive, efficient and cost-effective execution of maintenance schedules across work area



  • Managing all matters regarding the Plant maintenance, Reliability and Quality assurance.
  • Review, communicate, approve and endorses a variety of periodic reports related to contractor's maintenance work activity of each area.
  • Interfacing with client for managing all issues regarding the resolution of disputes and claims and the issuance of Change Orders
  • Providing the necessary "checks and balances" oversight to ensure that all the activities meet the contractual obligations.
  • Establish and achieve maintenance performance with KPIs with client.

Manage to achieve safety targets of client.



  • Ensure observance of all safety and fire rules and regulations by personnel working at site ensuring the correct and safe use of safety equipment
  • Conduct safety meetings to define and recognize safe practices, ensure implementation of safety measures and review incidents.

Reviewing and approval of all invoices to ensure "work" billed is in accordance with contractual terms.




Experience: 



  • Minimum 15+years' experience of refinery or Petrochemical Plant Maintenance
  • Strong technical understanding of maintenance management
  • Strong technical understanding of Reliability management.
  • Strong technical understanding of Quality management.
  • Strong technical understanding of People management.
  • Strong technical understanding of HSE requirements

Qualifications:



Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent. Must be strong on any of the Mechanical, electrical or Instrumentation area.
