Make Constructions Better

As a Project Account Manager (PAM), you will be responsible for visiting large construction jobsites and acting as the lead solution consultant for all project-specific matters. This role involves providing end-to-end business support and building strong relationships with customers to offer innovative and cost-efficient solutions.

What You'll do

· Manage your own customer portfolio
· Demonstrate and sell innovative products and software
· Delivering consultative solutions that drive customer success
Collaborate with a supportive team and report to your regional sales manager

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering,(Mechanical preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, project management, or construction industry
• Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles and stakeholder dynamics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
