Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems to ensure the highest standards of product and process quality across our organization.


  • Develop, implement, and oversee quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Lead and manage the quality assurance team, providing guidance and mentorship to team members
  • Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for process improvement
  • Implement statistical process control (SPC) techniques to monitor and improve manufacturing processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
  • Manage and resolve quality-related issues, including customer complaints and non-conformances
  • Develop and deliver quality training programs for employees at all levels of the organization
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, regulations, and standards relevant to quality management
  • Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in quality management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining quality management systems
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulations, including ISO 9001
  • Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) techniques and Lean Six Sigma methodologies
  • Experience with root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience using quality management software
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification (preferred)
  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification (preferred)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Saudi Arabia, as required
