We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and memorable stay by maintaining clean, inviting, and well-organized guest rooms.

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards, including dusting, vacuuming, making beds, and sanitizing bathrooms
• Replenish room supplies such as toiletries, linens, and amenities
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns
• Maintain proper inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
• Collaborate with other housekeeping team members to ensure efficient operations
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Assist in deep cleaning projects as needed
• Maintain guest privacy and protect their personal belongings
• Record and report lost and found items according to hotel procedures

• Saudi National (This position is open to Saudi citizens only)
• Basic English language skills
• Strong passion for the hospitality industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards
• Effective time management skills to meet daily room quotas
• Familiarity with local culture and customs in Madinah, Saudi Arabia (preferred)
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (preferred but not required)
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
