Responsibilities: Executing sales department strategy.
Acquire new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and align with the internal teams.
Achieving sales targets in line with overall financial objectives.

Feeding future market trends back to the sales manager.
Contacting potential clients and scheduling sales visits.
Consolidating and presenting proposals as well as undertaking pre-sales activities.
Assisting Sales manager in meetings and events.

Closing and following up on each opportunity.
Provides competitor analysis and benchmarks to the Sales Manager on a regular basis.
Receiving and handling client feedback and complaints and ensuring customers are satisfied and their needs/complaints are properly addressed.
Coordinate payment collections with Finance and collection teams.
Performs other related duties assigned by the line manager.
Bachelor’s degree (preferably with a specialization in Business Administration).
3-5 years of sales experience (preferably within the logistics field).
Strong understanding of client needs and market dynamics.
Willingness to travel.
Exceptional closing skills.
Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
