Job Description:

Parsons is looking for Security Supervisor to join our Facility Management team on the Qiddiya program!

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing facilities and logistics, as well as the overall management of housing properties and residential communities. You will ensure the safety and security of personnel, assets, and operations while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervise and manage daily security operations across facilities and logistics.

  
  
  

• Oversee the security and management of housing properties or residential communities.

  
  
  

• Implement and enforce security protocols, procedures, and policies.

  
  
  

• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.

  
  
  

• Monitor access control systems and ensure proper functioning of security equipment.

  
  
  

• Train, mentor, and oversee security personnel to ensure high performance and adherence to standards.

  
  
  

• Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, providing effective resolutions.

  
  
  

• Collaborate with project teams to align security measures with operational requirements.

  
  
  

• Prepare detailed security reports and provide updates to management.

  
  
  

What Required Skills You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred.

  
  
  

• At least 8 years of relevant working experience with a proven track record in leading teams.

  
  
  

• Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and equipment.

  
  
  

• Experience in security management or supervision, preferably in facilities management or logistics.

  
  
  

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

  
  
  

• Ability to handle emergency situations effectively and efficiently.

  
  
  

• Relevant certifications in security management are preferred
