What this job involves:

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Senior Interior Designer to lead and execute high-impact interior design projects across corporate environments in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will bring a strong portfolio of completed commercial projects, proven leadership in design teams, and a deep understanding of local cultural and regulatory standards.
What your day-to-day will look like:
• Lead end-to-end design processes for corporate interior projects, from concept development to final execution
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and project managers to deliver tailored design solutions
• Develop mood boards, space plans, material selections, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools
• Ensure design compliance with Saudi building codes, sustainability standards, and cultural sensitivities
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while maintaining design integrity
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to team development
• Present design proposals to stakeholders with clarity and confidence
• Stay updated on global design trends and integrate innovative solutions into local projects
Required Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in interior design, with a focus on corporate or commercial spaces
• Proven track record of leading design projects from concept to completion
• Strong proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite, etc.)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Deep understanding of Saudi Arabian design regulations and cultural aesthetics
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:
• Experience working with multinational corporations or high-profile clients
• Familiarity with LEED or other sustainability certifications
• Arabic language proficiency is a plus

• GCC experience is a plus
