Qiddiya Investment Company is pioneering the development of an extraordinary entertainment and leisure destination in Saudi Arabia, and we are looking for an experienced and strategic-minded individual to join our team as a Senior Specialist - Hospitality Strategy Support.
In this critical role, you will support the development and execution of hospitality-related strategies, ensuring that our offerings meet the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities Assist in the formulation of hospitality strategies that align with the overall vision and goals of Qiddiya.
Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the hospitality sector.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop operational strategies aimed at enhancing the guest experience.
Support the implementation of performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of hospitality initiatives.
Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management, summarizing findings and recommendations related to hospitality strategy.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with various stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic objectives.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and maintain Qiddiya's competitive edge.
Provide ongoing support to the hospitality management team, assisting with project coordination and ad-hoc requests.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality strategy, project management, or related roles
