Job Responsibilities:

2. Respond promptly to quality anomalies on the production line and coordinate root cause analysis with relevant personnel.
3. Lead quality improvement projects in the production process to enhance product first-pass yield.
4. Ensure the effective implementation of quality control plans on the production site.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
2. At least 3 years of quality-related work experience in manufacturing.
3. Experience in the electronics, automotive, or precision manufacturing industries is preferred.
4. Familiarity with production line quality control processes and methodologies.
