Job Responsibilities
1. Establish and improve the quality management system and quality policies, and develop product quality plans with a preventive approach.
2. Tackle complex quality anomalies and drive specialized improvements, as well as plan and organize quality initiatives.
3. Streamline and optimize quality-related processes, and establish and enhance quality information systems.
4. Develop product risk management and control mechanisms, refine in-process quality control points and management workflows, and implement effective monitoring.
5. Participate in and provide design support for intelligent and digital quality management projects in manufacturing processes.
6. Monitor production quality, and facilitate cross-functional analysis and improvement of major quality defects.
7. Collect, summarize, and feedback quality evaluation abnormality information during new product introductions, track improvement effectiveness, and establish inspection standards.
8. Stay informed about industry-leading quality management practices and methodologies, and lead learning and promotion efforts.
9. Assist the manager in daily quality management and work allocation.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields.
2. At least 5 years of quality-related work experience in the electronics industry (experience in computer or server industry preferred).
3. Proficient in quality control tools such as QC Seven Tools, FMEA, Lean & Six Sigma, etc.
4. Familiar with ISO9001; basic knowledge of server fundamentals is advantageous.
5. Proactive, responsible, and results-driven.
6. Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and teamwork spirit.
7. Good command of English in listening, speaking, and writing.
