Position Objective
Oversee daily shift operations, guide Crew staff, and ensure smooth Guest Experiences at Sandbox VR and IGB Gamebox.
Key Responsibility
• Supervise and coach Crew Members during shifts.
• Host pre-shift briefings and align team goals.
• Handle escalated guest concerns and apply Guest Recovery.
• Monitor equipment and technology performance.
• Assist in staff training and onboarding.
• Track shift performance and report to Assistant Manager."
