Job Summary:

As a Technical Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping organizations leverage technology to drive business transformation and enhance operational efficiency. You will work with clients to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their strategic objectives. This position offers opportunities for growth and development across various levels, from Staff to Senior Consultant, Assistant Manager, and Manager.

Note: The rank/grade for this position will be determined based on interview evaluations and can vary from Staff, Senior Consultant, Assistant Manager, to Manager level.
Hiring location will be communicated during the evaluation process.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team in the MENA region. In this role, you will engage with clients across diverse industries, helping them implement and optimize technology solutions that meet their unique requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to assess their technical needs and develop customized solutions that drive business value.
• Participate in the design, implementation, and optimization of technology systems and processes.
• Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improvements in existing systems.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate clients on new technologies and best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions.

Key Profile Requirements:

• Strong understanding of relevant technologies and their application in business environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive attitude towards learning and professional development within the consulting field.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and team members.

Ideally, You’ll Also Have:

• Relevant experience in technology consulting or a related field. (3-10 years +)
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and methodologies.
• Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of specific technologies relevant to the role (e.g., cloud computing, data analytics, software development).
• Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., ITIL, PMP, AWS, Azure) are a plus.
