Overview The Business Intelligence Director will lead the strategic vision and execution of cutting-edge analytical solutions in the media analytics domain. This senior role involves spearheading the development and implementation of advanced data science initiatives across the region, fostering innovation and excellence in advertising and marketing analytics. Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership in the design, development, testing, and deployment of sophisticated business intelligence solutions. Lead the development of the regional business intelligence strategy and roadmap, ensuring scalable, automated, and high-impact reporting solutions across markets. Drive the growth and maturity of data and analytics capabilities in the region, pushing boundaries and setting industry standards. Collaborate with regional client teams to transform business requirements into strategic, actionable data and analytics solutions at both regional and local levels. Oversee the integration of data insights into business operations, leveraging expertise in dashboarding and reporting to empower stakeholders. Define and uphold data governance standards to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across all markets. Directly engage with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment of data strategies with business objectives and foster client relationships. Mentor and develop BI specialists across the region, driving capability-building and stronger BI adoption among internal and client teams. Preferred Technical Knowledge: Demonstrated leadership with a strategic mindset, capable of managing multiple stakeholders and delivering innovative, practical solutions under pressure. Extensive experience in dashboard and reporting tools, strong proficiency in Python and SQL. Proven expertise in implementing and optimizing data models and front-end applications using tools such as Tableau, Power BI (key), or Google Data Studio. Qualifications Degree/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field is preferred. At least 10+ years of relevant experience in business intelligence, with a background in digital advertising as an advantage. Proven track record of leading complex projects and delivering data-driven results in a dynamic environment. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with an ability to diagnose issues quickly and provide effective solutions. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivots), Word, and PowerPoint. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with a focus on quality and impact.
