Our new team member will join our Finance Team in Smart Infrastructure Electrical Products business unit, at Kartal Siemens Headquarters. Handling of User Registration Process in “Online Payment Platform” and providing back-office support upon user requests. Tracking of Daily Payments as well as completion of Bookings on customer accounts and follow-up receivables on daily basis and ensure proper booking on customer accounts Providing tool entries for EUR/TL Payment Conversion as well as Commission Invoices. Handling guarantee letters in Siemens Guarantee Letter platform. Creating journal vouchers for currency differences or similar postings. Supporting Finance Team with different operational tasks, e.g. Monitoring of customer master data control and requests. Monitoring of department fixed assets via IT Accounting SAP systems (invoicing and reporting). What do I need to qualify for this job? 3rd year undergraduate student in faculty of Management / Business Administration, Finance or a related area. Able to work min.2,5 - 3 days/week. Good command of written and spoken English. Advanced Microsoft Office Knowledge. Strong coordination and communication skills. Flexible and good team player.
