What are my responsibilities? Software development activities for industrial automation projects (TIA Portal) Software design, implementation, unit tests, debugging and release tasks in a multi-site, international software development environment Producing high quality project deliverables Conforming to Siemens processes, quality standards, and guidelines Collaborate effectively within an Agile (Scrum) development team What do I need to qualify for this job? Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Strong proficiency and hands-on experience with C# programming. Solid understanding and application of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, analysis, and design. Commitment to following development best practices and crafting high-quality, maintainable code. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Collaborative team player who actively contributes to team/unit objectives Excellent interpersonal communication skills Excellent command of English. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Motivated to use AI development tools, such as GitHub Copilot, for enhanced productivity and continuous learning. Eager to learn Industrial Automation domain know-how and Siemens-specific technologies. Nice to have: Familiarity with Siemens TIA Portal product What We Offer?
